Is This Course For Everyone?

Almost Everyone! This course was made for producers of all levels

but you will still need some DAW experience and understanding of basic music production terms.

Can I still learn if I'm not using Cubase?  

Yes you Can! This course was recorded using Cubase but it offers extensive knowledge that can be adapted to any DAW software! 

Meet Your Instructor:

Shivax is the brainchild of Yanai Jascourt, blending diverse musical influences into a unique psychedelic trance style. Yanai's passion for music began in childhood and led him to discover trance and electronic music at 18, marking the start of his production journey and the end of his time with a heavy metal band.

The Shivax project launched in 2013, rooted in Yanai's old-school trance influences. Early albums showcased Goa trance sounds mixed with elements from other inspiring genres. After a transformative trip to India in 2015, where he played several sets, Shivax gained international recognition. Yanai began performing live with his guitar, earning acclaim in Israel and playing at festivals and parties in Brazil, Australia, Portugal, India, Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, and Mexico.

In 2017, Shivax underwent a "rebirth," embracing a new direction and style that fused various psytrance genres with a focus on sound and production quality. This evolution was marked by the release of the EP "Warming Up" on the iconic Israeli label Krembo Records.

By 2018, Shivax had signed with German label Solar Tech Records, dedicating himself to creating fresh, exciting music and touring the world with his guitar. In 2020, Yanai channeled his extensive experience and passion into recording a comprehensive psytrance production course for XSP, sharing his knowledge and insights without holding back.
